Who we are
Adapt is a joint venture between Rory Loader and Gareth Davey. These two South Africans first met in 2003 whilst working together at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney, Australia, and have been great mates since. Between Rory and Gareth, they have over 40 years of experience developing, operating and marketing a wide range of top-notch hospitality establishments and travel companies across the globe. In 2020, these two entrepreneurs merged their experience, skills and relationships to create the unique Adapt offering that connects with nature and perfectly combines style, simplicity, sustainability – and most importantly great service.
